Got my new toy yesterday. Putting it together today 7/14/2011

Legs are on, control panel on, burner installed.

Set upright and ready to finish putting together.

All put together, ready to fire it up.

Fired up and putting out Thin Blue Smoke (TBS). Yea!

First try at smoking meat. Tri Tip after about 3 hours.

First slice. Yum.

And of course, served with Mom's potato salad. Yum.

Second Tri Tip, one week later. These things are really, really good. Yum
